I understand that plans can change, so I appreciate 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or change your appointment to avoid a cancellation fee. You may amend or cancel your booking up to 24 hours in advance of your appointment with no extra charge. 

However, if you have to reschedule or cancel your appointment within the 24 hour period, Enliven Skin and Wellness reserves the right to charge 30% of the booked appointment cost to your debit/credit.

Failing to arrive for your appointment without notification authorises Enliven Skin and Wellness to charge 80% of the booked treatment to your credit card on your account.
